Feels like dilution. I been wstching this compsny over 10 years. Alot of reverse splits. One recently to 4.00 i think. Maybe lower. Now down 60%+.since even with this pop. They have No MONEY. The tech is bought from GE when GE sold off entitities. GE paid 60 million for this tech msny years ago
