Viking - this report is from last year - look at the first page - December 6, 2024 and it is not by Dan Ives. It is a really good summary of earnings - how can FNMA trade at a high of $89 when the max earnings was only approx $9 bn pre -2008. It shows the multiples it used to trade at which supports future multiple expansion in the future.
