I like this part of the PR…

This expansion of the Company’s production workforce is driven by rapidly increasing throughput, an expanded operational footprint, and preparations for the opening of its newest production center, now in active development.

“Longer term commercial opportunities”. I interpret this to mean to not expect any name drops this year. Hopefully in 2026 we’ll get names. This is a great PR though. Hiring is a direct indicator of growth. 2026 should be a big production year and 2027 should be the year of true commercial success in terms of signifiant revenue. I say that because its going to take customers time to receive their samples, test them , design and plan for new products and place required orders. I’m being conservative but I’m of the mindset not to expect significant revenue until 2027.

The Company’s expanded workforce will contribute to Kraig Labs’ increasing production capacity and its readiness to meet both near-term production targets and longer-term commercial opportunities.

December 31, 2021 - 8 full-time in the US and 8-30 full-time in Vietnam

As anyone can see, personnel numbers haven't changed much at all over the last few years.
