Garry Denke must be a crank.

WHy would ya say he is a crank???????????????????
THIS IS A NEW DISCOVERY and in 2012, meaning NOBODY KNEW
it was there based on geological maps and previous surveys and studies.

If a geologist could just drive down the road and say ""HEY I think LITHIUM MIGHT be in the parcel of land"" geologists would be some of the richest men on the planet..........................

...... NOW if this is on any of the land WMI held mineral interests in, well guess what, they will get an ORRI (overriding royalty interest in it) which is normally 18-25% of the value of anything that comes out of the ground

CSNY/Alice Griffin, FDIC outside counsel, September 12, 2023, 09:41:03 AM
I thought it was obvious I was being sarcastic.
If $1.5T in lithium can be found, why couldn't there be nearly 4x as much gold and silver as in Fort Knox on WMI's property?

BBANBOB - September 12, 2023, 09:49:22 AM
Sorry most deff missed the sarcasm......................

Reserve geologists work with KNOWNS to base their numbers on, YES it is still speculation but at least a good EDUCATED GUESS base on maps, seismic readings, etc.

IF IF IF they had interests in this area, IT WOULD BE A BIG FIND for us as well.

CSNY/Alice Griffin, FDIC outside counsel, September 12, 2023, 09:54:41 AM
I never doubted either Denke's expertise or veracity.
Despite his bizarre posts, I believe his assertions that WMI's land is mineral-rich.

Like I have told you and several others....
At one point GARY sent me an email showing colored overlays of everywhere WMI held mineral interests years ago when we were still talking.

NOW ""I am SURE IT WAS JUST A KOWINKIDINK but, not too long after my computer was attacked. At the time I had a next door neighbor who was the head of IT or IP or whatever it is for UNITED HEALTH SERVICES come look at my computer, he got this weird look on his face and said , WHAT THE HELL have you been doing, I said nothing why, his comment was ""THERE IS NOTHING ON THIS COMPUTER anymore, THERE IS NOT EVEN ANY OPERATING SYSTEM on it, it has been thoroughly WIPED CLEAN I don't think I have ever seen anything like this that was NOT INTENTIONAL and done by some very talented folks especially without physical access to your computer .""

Those overlays showed interests from WASHINGTON STATE TO WASHINGTON DC..........and everywhere in between

Wish I still had em, but DUH I didn't even think to print em off and save them DOUBLE DUHHHHH

BBANBOB - September 12, 2023, 10:39:58 AM
Just an FYI , for the most part THEY DO NOT OWN the land short of a bunch of railroad easements they obtained years ago

CSNY/Alice Griffin, FDIC outside counsel, September 12, 2023, 10:53:53 AM
The point is WMI owns the minerals.

BBANBOB - September 12, 2023, 10:55:13 AM
agree and the point I was making

For those interested on how the FDIC handles this according to their site. There was some interest. https://fdic.gov/buying/historical/structured/oil_gas_sales/index.html
