I hope so too - SPS will be cancelled, I don't expect a change in cap requirements..essentially retaining c-ship. I don't expect JP agreeing to reducing cap requirement cannibalising the spreads. After JP is replaced we will have a gradual melt up. Uplisting should send the stock higher for sure, i dont see an immediate rise to 40, it could trade north of $20 atleast.
47 has always kept his word, except the Ukraine which is not totally in his control. This whole stoey has been in the works for months and pretty sure the meme reflected an element of planning - GLTA!
