Try calling the company to ask them. If they decline to answer then you can suggest they put out an 8K to explain their circumstances.
When the SEC suspends a stock there is usually fraud(s) that have occurred, minimally malfeasance by the company so they may not want to provide any information that implicates themselves, corporately or managerially. NASDAQ has assuredly consulted the SEC so it is likely that NASDAQ won't release their HALT until or unless the SEC gives them clearance to do so.
