i think most stockholders of the decertified shares hope that deferred money comes into the residual company ...now solutions isn't/wasn't the owner of the patents it's still listed as vcsy of texas. if money comes in, those owed money get paid and life goes forward? there seem to be other companies which couldn't produce their financials due to 'secret' deals.
