Brought some GMRE-PB today around $23.99 average this morning. The underlying company is doing relatively well. And this new preferred is a decent place to hide some cash at over 8.3% return. I think that is a nice return for cash. Hence I brought some. Time will tell. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
