Mikah is a privately held company. As owner of Mikah, he doesn't need to disclose those details. He can negotiate Mikah being overvalued and Elite less so all behind the scenes. You can justify anything and have the figures tell the story to back it up. This is why Weasel has been calling from the rooftops to get rid of Mikah for a long time now. Elite shareholders aren't the only ones with a seat at the table and Elite's CEO can be a switch hitter since he has ownership in both. How will negotiations suit him best.
