I am not contending the Reg A shares are restricted, they are free trading per AI. I am referring to the shares bought direct, listed in Qtr 2 filing 375 million listed as restricted. I trust filings.

I agree it does not matter, someone is buying all of the shares that's all that matters. Major Interest.

I have been saying Kaplan has been buying shares since the qtr 2 filing, now it's clear he was also buying in the 3rd qtr, from the filings. So now we know he has bought 1.25 million shares, as reported in the filing, he may have sold all of the unrestricted shares, I believe he still holds the restricted shares from Qtr. 2 filing, only Kaplan knows.

None of it matters as we got thru the dilution without the O/S increasing, it went down from last year, the only thing that matters for company valuation.

Per Marshall less than 5% to go and all done by Dec. 6th.
