Technicals on the scam OTC are are fools errand. These things move on hype, innuendo, hyperbole, half-truths and outright lies. Technicals cannot incorporate these essential elements of this garbage penny stock bulletin board.

You need to realize that the other ticker that you claimed volume base and also has the SCAMMER Ezzat Jallad all over the disclosures just did a 1 for 2,500 split! PSRU is on the way to do a reverse split also since the Authorized Share count is technically MAXED.
PSRU IS A SCAM, everybody knows this.... Xavier Mitchell and @AJH92 are WANNABES, everybody knows this also!
