GBT sold a patent to visionwave for 30 million bucks,

That's not what the filings said.

It said, "up to $30MM", but nowhere near that $30MM ever appeared in any $GTCH filing as an asset or revenue for "a patent."

It looks more like $GTCH was given $3MM in $VWAV equity for ALL THE PATENTS $VWAV wanted.

$GTCH then appears to have traded-away that equity in-exchange for that AIPHEX garbage.

$GTCH's latest 10-Q will likely be amended, or corrected in March's 10-K.
