Yes they were. Read my post. Fannie preferred are 100% in the lawsuit. In my quote I very specifically say Fannie preferred damages could be paid in common shares. Fannie commons are the only class left out unfortunately.
I even did the math on the freddie commons. They get $0.05 each share. I did the math correct too.
