Interesting - I just dont think we know how the JPS will play out yet. Cant believe that Trump will not let Paulson and Moelis get fairly compensated also - assuming it is Promises Made - Promises Kept for Trump for common. My hunch is one of the reasons we are not listed is to keep the JPS and Common both on the bulletin board until the SPS issue is resolved and a potential consensual conversion is negotiated as part of a settlement
