The problem, of course, is that Dump has no ethos or moral compass. If someone tells him today that Mandami is a "bad hombre" then Dump will revert to his earlier stance of Mandami being subject to deportation and NYC being a cesspool.
While that is an credited observation, I would submit that shit stain may also have lost his short and mid term memory and fog due to his obvious spiral into dementia. His leaning forward is far worse than last year and he can't walk a straight line for 5 feet. shittypants used to always repeat himself to push a point, now he repeats because he forgets what he said a minute ago.
