And as zab said Trump just rambles. I'm continually amazed by the gravity of which so many of Trump's words are taken.

Then again, it is a non opinion journalist's job to report what any president says, not on whether it means much.

Never, of course. But he's figured out that he's supposed to realize that many people just can't afford the rent or mortgage.
