I've always stated there has been risk though, buying at .0001
I've never stated blindly buy .0001
I've stated this for years.
I've already stated this could R:S.
As posted previously this volume ramp is accumulation or distribution.
This will R:S and trend toward zero, or go really high.
Volume only ramps at tops and bottoms. You know this if you
trade. By ramps I mean multiple deviations above norm.

Do you agree with the factual reality that people buy and sell
companies that are legit scams?
I don't know what company is a scam "fake " lies etc.
I would never describe them like that, but that is your prerogative.

I only know that if I don't buy at .0001 I will never make money.
I don't buy every single .0001 out there.
I buy .0001 that is in a stage 1 base.
I buy .0001 after 95% declines.
I buy .0001 with volume confirmation
I buy .0001 with multi year long term divergences
in money flow, momentum indicators.
I buy .0001 when sentiment is 98% bearish.
I buy .0001 when I see huge #otc traders on X get long.

Only way to see 20-50x here.
I'm here for 200x.
We got some real bigger traders that are now
