RC knows that everything about TONX (just as everything with BBooth, Nfusz and VERB) was and is total bullshit. Walking away with an additional $ 2.6 million on top of the many millions he's already sapped from this steaming pile of crap is indeed a gut punch.
Don't undersell how much shareholder money Rory burned. It's in the neighborhood of $ 200 million.
Rory is a serial loser in business, but he always knew how to feather his own nest (and that of Geiskopf, his enabler).
Why would he be selling now, possibly leaving millions (or tens of millions) of dollars on the table?
