I have been asking for months about the lease, and all I ever got was attacked.  
They don't and haven't own it.  It expired 2+ years ago. 
How do you know James is not stupid?  Do you know him?   It's very very odd it is taking this long for the Form 10 to be approved.

I think he might be stupid. He fell for Sheppard's BS... Sheppard knew nothing of mining when he was NMCX, and never learned a damn thing.
