They are committing fraud. The SEC is aware. Either they revamp their filings, or their Form 10 will never be approved. Might save them from an SEC suspension.

ALS Geo Resource.. too funny scam boy. a paid for news release ( IE paid to pump ... not news worthy unless it is paid to be played...typical scam ploy. and just to confirm... they won't be doing any actual real soil samples ... they will likely just do a glance at a photo or two like the last one... and claim their funds ...and add a footnote... that the estimate is not based on actual ground samples ... too funny and easy to spot fanboy
Too funny ALS Geo Resc is paid in shares and the announcement is a paid advertisement .. BIG RED Flag when a company has to pay for an NR ..it means it is not news worthy. We all know what ALS will do is a photo review ... and not an actual audited ground samplings ... and issue the news they were paid to issue...and add a footnote that their estimate is based on shaky schetch...and further sampling will be needed... too damn funny.... good try there fanboy.
