To me this is the tell to a great degree !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In this instance if IF IFIN they use his suggested program, he really wouldn't buy especially with the amount he holds here and the possibility that his proposed program is what they might use............

Bill Ackman has not said he is finished buying Fannie Mae shares.I think he will buy more. I also think he has friends , family and Big Rich business associates buying more. 210 Million just isnt enough shares. Like me I always need more.
