The company has indicated that it expects to file the 10-Q as soon as practicable and no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.

If no link, what are you posting it for?

Probly already done and waiting for third party to read over it,

Then they're REQUIRED BY SEC to file NT 10-Q.

Pretty fkn easy to file, it's a fill-in-the-blank form that was due 14 Nov to give 5 additional calendar days from then.

This all seems a bit over your head - I get it, you've never worked in the biz or have any idea how easy it is to comply.
