This is something none of the bears have answered for me. Also if this is all a scam why would they be submitting docs to the SEC claiming its legit. That is a one way stop to exposing yourself to being indicted on fraud.

Ok, so no one owns the lease right now? Its been 10 months and it still hasnt been renewed.. Why?

Agreed. %100. With today's regulatory processes someone would have to be fool to try and pull a total scam like what happened 25 years ago when it was the wild Wild West in the OTC's. Especially in metals!

QP can't do anything without a current lease. Can't do anything until a legitimate assayer like Chem Labs samples that dirt.

The results would end the sham. Zero doubt. The tailings are worthless.
