So why have we NOT SEEN IT ????????????????????????????
Especially since from the way I understand it, COOP is a STAND ALONE albeit owned by RKT.

One though would suspect that in some form or fashion if this is really what we think has happened here that, RKT/COOP would have filed it jointly and or COOP separately

Also WHY was COOP made a standalone in the RKT organization??????? And not just absorbed???

Doesn't add up does it ?????????????????

NOR have we seen a late filing announcement
