This is reality. TAP is a private company owned by Foote and his partners. The very notion that any profits TAP might generate (or if a buy-out should come along) would end up in the pockets of the penny playas is just ridiculous. If TAP is successful, Brian will grant himself and his sidekicks bonuses that eat up every last dollar of positive cash flow. And if a buy-out should happen, HMBL holders might see scraps...at best.
Private companies do what private companies do. And that does not usually include sharing largess with owners of minority shares. HMBL owners were paid for the IP. Foote owes them nothing more.
