Personally, I think this is a test drive of the VOCAM+ for the 'global animal health company' to either bring them onboard as an investor in the company, to help fund the rollout/ commercialization of the product.....or....to just sell them the company entirely. Remember the CEO already sold one of his companies for $321M, so he's done it in the past and maybe looking at that as an option again.
Either way it would be very exciting, for a penny stock company to bring in big player, like Merck, Zoetis, etc, even just as a partner, as it is very rare in the history of the OTC, however, at this point, I just don't have enough shares to even get exited, or invest much interest in it honestly.
