Seriously Plato you are a true Bloodhound when it comes to research. I hope Melvin pursues both the CIK Java Servlet and Website issues. Perhaps sending an e-mail to the SEC reading the Riot Act. Smells like competitive obstruction of investment information by a highly placed bad actor, IMO..

So there are two problems that need to be fixed.

1) CIK=1375589 needs to be updated to VMST. Melvin has addressed this.

SEC EDGAR Update Request The Company has recently submitted a formal request to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to update the name associated with its Central Index Key (CIK No. 0001375589) in the EDGAR system. As of the date of this filing, EDGAR continues to display the Company’s former name, Global Developments, Inc., despite the approved name change to VeeMost Technologies Inc. effective April 15, 2025. The request included the Certificate of Amendment filed with the Delaware Secretary of State and a copy of the public press release announcing the name and ticker change. The Company is awaiting acknowledgment of the change by the SEC. 2) The website and the servlet need to point to the same data. This appears to be a server-side problem at the SEC. I'm not sure that Melvin is aware of this problem. The urls of concern are: https://www.sec.gov/search-filings and https://www.edgarcompany.sec.gov/servlet/CompanyDBSearch?page=main. They are returning different results to the same CIK=1375589 fetch.
