Nope...sorry. There are three OPC's in the Country. Two have been operating since 2021(new york) and the third opened last year. They are opium dens. They don't produce the results warranted to be open. It does not prevent the use and the only way to prevent the use is to kill it at the csource...always.
You want to fix it on the back end....you haul them in and detox them. I would rather spend USD20 Million annually on that than USD2Million annually for an opium den.
