SPX Cycles Update: A 60-S-2 was confirmed during the 2nd hour, that ended the 3rd UPRO Buy Signal. A 60-S-1 was confirmed at the close of the 3rd hour. Possibility of a 60-1 at the end of the 6th hour (current hour) or at the close.
