I wish I could have chimed in to ask the following, but the spaces got messed up on my end somehow: Why do so many of the big shareholders, including Pershing, so readily advocate for exercising the warrants? Seems like they are trying to dangle a carrot for the government just so they can make ~$40/share and thus make a good return for their investors, at the expense of what’s fair and just given that the government has already been paid back way more than what was owed. Why should they be entitled to the warrants for nearly 80 PERCENT of the companies now? Unbelievable that people with a big megaphone don’t fight the good and righteous fight on this.
