That is the reaction today.

However, would expect a conversion offer before 3 years is out.

Let me explain, since you put on your "preferred blinders". Yea, its dead money. You use the term "could" be paid out. Of course, FNMA and FMCC "could" reach 160 per share or more. And I "could" win the lottery. You cite FNMAS "1.50", while FNMA was pennies..I have some shares for 63 cents. Once you take off the preferred blinders you will be able to see it.
