Yeah...Fox's idea may be warranted....but it doesn't work. Some things just shouldn't be legal. But the most serious is prescription medication. And I am referring to legal scripts(ie adderall).
I can testify that in Virginia, there has been a major benefit to legalization for grow and carry. Four plants and up to one ounce for carry. There is no actual legaliztion for recreational sale....and that is a good thing. You wouldn't be even able to open up a recreational business because it would fail. I actually can't even give it away anymore because so many grow their own...lol.
But if have known anyone that has to be on methadone.....you know that some things just should not be legal. That is actually a decent art' which is very rare these days...lol.
ps..one note-illicet drugs are not cheaper. Cocaine has remained the same price and reefer is more expensive but there is better collective quality. As in, it;s rare to find any dirt weed...bricks don't exist anymore. :)
