If Kim couldn't handle public ridicule about his performance and his handling of the company, then he should have kept the company private and paid for everything himself. He could have created an independent Board of Directors that could have given him guidance and made sure he was on the right track. He could have had annual meetings where stockholders could question him in person. The way he did it, is why it took 15+ years. I hope that they have finally ironed out all the big wrinkles, and we are now ready for success. I will continue to critique, not bash, until I sell my last share of this company whether you like it or not.
