I can relate.

My whole goal with all these posts has just been to help people understand what’s actually being built here. And honestly, it’s fascinating. There’s an insane amount of money out there, from developers to investors, that wants exactly what Gaia is creating. We’re watching a brand-new capital pipeline come together in real time.

As a semi-retired developer and sponsor of commercial real estate, I have a greater understanding of the value that this platform offers developers & investors.

I also have an appreciation to aid others in bringing knowledge so they get a better understanding of what is taking place with this or any other investment related to real estate, given I've seen more than my share of scams not only in the OTC markets but in the LLC/TIC ownership games played in real estate over my career since 1977.

In listening to Johnney's earlier videos, I have a better understanding of how he wants to take this platform. I also agree with his 2022 videos on the direction of his multi-family and industrial projects. I've always told clients that the safest form of income properties to invest in is (large) multi-family developments which many investors either don't have the funds or management background to qualify to purchase.

Now that I understand the direction of the platform, I know have a better understanding of just where the bar is at here.
