Very thought provoking JJ thank you. Except for a tiny, yet critical difference.

Oscar is NOT* the CEO, in fact formally speaking here. Affluence Corporation's Board of Directors has never publicly acknowledged that as a team, they all voted in Oscar as the President either. Puzzlingly odd, yet perfectly true.

However in a June 11th press release. Affluence Corporation has (rightly or wrongly in a legal sense) publicly given support to Oscar as the President of Affluence Corporation. Yes I agree, Oscar typically fosters the appearance that he is the CEO of AFFU.

In truth, that has never been the case. IMO (and others here). That is not likely to ever be the case in the future either. When MTi negotiated a Reverse Merger through OneMind NG. Francesc Domingo CEO of MTi officially (in a PR) successfully negotiated a 51% ownership in the then Pink Current company, Affluence Corporation.
