Dilution may not be the right word....

If RKT shares are used to 'purchase' BK Remote assets (I'M NOT TAKING EITHER SIDE ON THAT - MAYBE YES, MAYBE NO)

IF...

Then ALSO IF the (shares distributed * share price) is close to the value of the BK Remote assets acquired, then TWO THINGS ARE TRUE.

1) There is no dilution because the value of the company increases (BKR assets) by the same amount as the value of the shares that are now part of the float.

2) Those who receive the shares should feel like they are getting F&R value.

IF and IF,

Then the price chaos that will result as former escrow holders run for the exits will make some collapse in a heap of tears and others jump for joy at the opportunity.
