I agree Brugge hasn't proven his case via filings. I think it's likely Brugge will lose for the same reason you do.

My "another view" is it is possible for him to prove it at trial. But unlikely.

He’s presented nothing to show Tony wanted him to continue with whatever the hell he was doing for APRU.

Grant has another view altogether.
