Nowhere does it say that in the instructions for uploading that there is any time/date restriction. If there was you would think they would SAY that in the instructions. Instead, they give you the option to post it immediately. And it's now obvious that it's not waiting on some perceived time restriction as it is now almost 10:30 EST. So that excuse falls flat.
