Correct , he always tries to make it sound complicated and all doom and gloom. A company can fight off liens also by Chpt 11 which allows a company to continue operations while it restructures . As I mentioned none of us have all the facts but to be all negative without mentioning the options is just foolish

So again, why hasn't it been done yet? Why hasn't the lien been removed? How long along do you think the negotiations started?

My opinion is also from a business background.

I did not say it can't be done. I said it had risks. I said is I am not sure Hiru was aware of the situation. I said I don't consider the deal to be debt free as where does the funds come fund to pay off the debt to get the lien removed.

Like I said, I will be looking at the docket to see an update that it was removed. Hopefully it will be very soon & if so then maybe it was worked out from before. But if it drags on, it could be indicating this is a new issue.
