Suresh Doki is add it again but is hiding now behind a business partner named Samuel Mathews. They acquired a small Company by the name of Elarasys Worldwide, LLC / IT Hardware Plus, LLC, they immediately factored all outstanding invoices. Over the last 10 months they have stopped payment to suppliers repeatedly promised staff that the were doing a capital raise and they now have over 300k invoices that are over 180 days past due. They stopped making payments to the prior ownership. Suresh now acquires companies by using Samuel Mathews for Novi, MI as his front. They literally just updated the Futuris pitch deck and are out trying to find investors in their garbage.
