Weekend research on this sunny fall day using every source I know of shows what these lawyers are arguing over. Nutranomics, Inc. (NNRX) has 34 million dollars in cash and a net cash position of -3.45 million due to its debt. There is no mention of bankruptcy in any of the filings. The few who post here are welcome to challenge these numbers. I have more why's than answers. What happened to cause NutraNomics to stop paying its bills? Were they lied to? Who stands to prosper over NNRX success in the courts? Who controls all the patents and trademarks? Who are the current directors? These are a few of the questions I am working on.
