Not making sense to me to make your first step forward in the oil/gas North American market with this company with a lien on it's property, pending lawsuit, plus another pending one for $250k & on the owner personally.
On this lawsuit, a trial is set in early 2026 ( March ). If it goes to trial before there is a verdict outcome, it could take some time yet they say production will be up to 5,000 barrels a day by mid 2026. I see issues.?
