Ok, Karen. Evidently you have your blinders on and missed the facts:

$434,000 for 5 million shares to a consultant
$400,000 for 5 million shares to a consultant
$137,644 for consulting
$22,611 increase to IR
$17,130 for 250,000 options to related party
$17,130 for another 250,000 options to a related party

Since your so smart, why don't you just tell us who all those consultants are, what they are consulting on, and where they show that they are spending money on this buildout you keep referring to. Oh, that's right, you're just assuming they are actually doing this massive buildout. Or maybe you think that investors are supposed to expect that PR's are going to cash flow some day. Maybe a pile of PR's is what they call inventory nowadays. Just like you're assuming that the picture you're so proud of is actually spider silk.
