Agreed, 2021 was a unique situation when the SEC decided to crack down on China Scams and forced a lot of tickers into Expert Market.

Signs of life, like Custodianships, were rewarded.

No way of knowing what will happen here but if the buyer is a Chinese company, that won't be good.
