I took Georgie’s advice yesterday and went through the cacophony of filings. Before I buy any stock, I peruse all available information and make a quick decision. Then, I deep dive more and if I like what I see, I buy more. In this case with CHR, I bought a lot more. I HIGHLY recommend you do the same, as all of your questions should and will be answered. In the filings you will see that after this last offering the company has approximately $17.00 per share in cash. IMHO the offerings were done not as a result of a cash crunch, but the Chinese version of a corporate poison pill. Had CHR taken either the .52 or .56 non-binding offers, it would have robbed every other shareholder and violated their fiduciary responsibility. Waiting for news is a waste of time. READ the FILINGS.
