So, a non-disclosing POS OTC company (RITE) promotes a pile of gravel with no verifiable value, used multiple times before to scam investors......to help sell shares.

You know what that is? A pump and dump. Very simple.

Until he completes his site work and verification, nobody can claim the material is road gravel or valuable ore.
