Can they do an "Early Distribution" in Jan 2026 of whatever is 'In Hand' and be done with the "Distributions' and File for "BK Close' and wrap it up by EOM Jan 2026? I don't know what, if anything will prevent them Legally from doing that, They are the Plan Administrator...

I would be so Happy if they Re-Deem/Re-Classify' the CTs to NEW 'Preferreds in Feb 2026 and either we get Paid Off or we start receiving the 'Q' Payments from March 2026...
