That might depend on the CHANCE that a whole lot of shares get issued and it might, then a possible RV to bring the share count down.

Also remember just where ya first heard WMI F&F and LEH as one big HAPPY FAMILY to create a
HUGE MEGA MULTINATIONAL FINANCIAL CONGLOMERATE
