I'm guessing they had an office (HQ) in Georgia for show all those years and "worked out of their home" somewhere up in Pennsylvania. But what the hell was done all day for all those years has to be asked? Maybe they let the legal battles, daily noise, and chaos distract from moving forward with future strategic endeavors. A huge insult to those two or three HDC scientists for mgmt failing to even monetize one or two of all those patents for so many years. I relaize most patents don't make money but this time period of Machine Learning was a once in a lifetime. NO EXCUSE !!!
Buylow...we had a few great officers come into HDC but they just wouldn't stay long. Many reason not to stay especially due to management infighting or no money to move the company forward that was needed. I must say that George McGovern was on the side of helping the company move forward and also cleaning up the mess that other directors made plus he got rid of directors that were still trying to suck HDC's tits dry, yes ole George weaned those suckers.
