Now look up who the board of directors is at the DTCC and you will go WOW! It's all the market makers. LOL But..... the fact remains they are still on the hook for every short share. They don't care. They do 2 billion in dollar volume every day in the OTC alone, not to mention what they do on the big boards. Thats a whole new level. If they lose 300 million dollars on movement they can steal that elsewhere before lunch tomorrow.
